IT License Specialist (m/w/d)

We rely on you: You support the development, maintenance and continuous development of the license management system and the tools used You accompany the entire Licence Lifecycle - from procurement to use to shutdown Ensure and take over and support the creation of license balances, surveys and evaluations You maintain and update a central license and contract overview and support in license checks and manufacturer audits You work closely with IT teams, departments, purchasing and the legal department and advise internally on licensing issues You support tenders, offer assessments and contract negotiations and act as a contact person for software manufacturers and external service providers You actively participate in the operating ticket processing of the IT-Sourcing team and ensure a structured, efficient processing of sourcing and license-relevant requests You drive the standardization and professionalization of processes and identify optimization and saving potentials in the licensing environment

How to complete our team: With their completed training or studies in the IT, commercial or business environment With your experience in license management, IT sourcing, software procurement or SAM You have a basic understanding of common license models and IT compliance issues (or bring a high level of readiness to learn) With your structured, analytical and independent working You have a strong communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation You are desirable to have knowledge of English (B2 level) for cooperation with international partners Good MS‐Office knowledge, ideally experience with SAP or service management tools complete their profile
