In-house Consultant AI Applications (m/f/d)

You take on the technical and technical responsibility for our internal AI and automation platforms (low code/no code) and continuously develop them. Together with specialist areas, you develop a roadmap and prioritize requirements, improvements and new functions according to added value, effort and urgency. You support users in implementing AI-use ports on the AI platforms. You initiate and coordinate integrations into third-party systems (e.g. ticketing, collaboration and office tools) in order to integrate the AI solutions into existing process and system landscapes. You coordinate cooperation with internal teams (e.g. IT, security, specialist areas) as well as external partners and ensure clear communication, transparency and liability. You coordinate updates and releases and answer testing and documentation. You plan and design training, workshops and communication formats to pick up users, build acceptance and anchor the AI platforms in everyday work.

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics or comparable Experiences in the introduction, support and operation of IT and AI applications (on-prem and cloud) Experience in handling AI platforms, LLMs, RAGs, etc. Experiences in consulting, stakeholder management and change management Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Professional appearance with joy in communication with colleagues from IT and the department Flexibility and readiness for continuous integration into new technologies German language skills
