Our special IT department ensures the stability and sustainability of TransnetBW’s electricity transport network – with high-availability, high-performance IT and infrastructure systems that we operate independently in our data centers and continuously develop. Our responsibility also includes the safe operation of particularly critical systems and services that meet the highest safety and resilience standards – from “black-fall-resistant” interpretation to ISMS certification. You are changing your team from line organization to product organization and promoting self-responsibility and cross-functional cooperation You develop your team and support your employees in realigning their roles and tasks As part of the management team, you actively shape the change process of the entire area during system operation. You are responsible for managing and operating IT services, including ensuring service quality, resource and budget management You coordinate the planning and implementation of projects and compliance requirements, including in cooperation with external partners

You bring profound experience in managing IT teams, ideally in transformation or change processes, with You have a secure sense of change processes and you can actively develop people and structures You communicate confidently at all levels – with teams, leaders and customers You think agile and bring experiences with Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps or comparable methods with You have sound knowledge in IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and know you with IT security standards As a company, we are particularly important that integrity and reliability is a cornerstone of your leadership understanding.
