Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering, information technology or comparable Professional Experience in IT, for example as IT Service Manager (m/w/d), Application Manager (m/w/d) or IT Infrastructure Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of onsite support, application management and IT service level management Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured and result-oriented operation Basic readiness to travel
