Operational Excellence Intern (m/f/d)

Operational Excellence (OE) Program and Strategy Deployment at Kiel location Cooperation with people at different levels at Kiel location to identify and consolidate ideas for improvement and initiatives Implementation of process improvement projects in production (e.g. setup optimization: SMED), laboratory, SCM and service departments Analysis of existing processes and development of concepts for optimisation based on observations and data Support in the preparation and implementation of training and workshops on Lean methods

You are in the master's degree programme in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of basic business relationships Good academic achievements in the first semesters independent working and engagement, strategic thinking, communication strength and analytical skills First experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management and Innovation is desirable Final work: if necessary bring a topic for which you have already found a examiner at your university
