With us you carry the end-to-end responsibility for our customer and billing processes in the energy industry. Your future responsibility includes the following tasks: You are responsible for the continuous optimization of the implementation and operating projects of our customers You implement powerful, automated processes according to current technical standards You recognize changes in legal or regulatory frameworks early on and develop concepts and strategies to ensure compliance with all requirements As an interface to the customer, you collect system requirements, performance expectations and results and communicate them to the team and to our software manufacturers You support our sales in customer requests and negotiations with your process and expertise

Studying, e.g. in business, business informatics or engineering, is advantageous, but no prerequisite You are sure to go with databases (e.g. SQL) and facilitate first experiences with script languages (e.g. JavaScript or Python) Your everyday work Your expertise in modern methods of process management (e.g. BPMN) allows you to effectively apply it in practice You have well-founded Excel knowledge that you use specifically for reporting and evaluations Self-responsibility, team skills and the ability to analyze complex information in a structured manner and to communicate according to target groups are your strengths
