We are currently looking for a dedicated/n Front of House Agent for our team at Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund. In this function, your main focus is on offering our guests a smooth and exceptional experience through attentive service at the reception. As an esteemed member of our team, you play a crucial role in providing a first-class customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs as well as managing guest requests. Job At the reception you play a central role for a smooth check-in and check-out. You will apply the Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund brand and provide guests with information about the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. They manage room logistics, billing and payments precisely and competently. Your tasks include maintaining a high standard in the Back of House and demonstrating your organizational skills. The profile previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Competent customer support with focus on smooth processes. Embossed communication skills, a strong eye for detail and good knowledge of German and English are of advantage. An adaptable, modest, helpful and accessible occurrence meets the requirements for this position. Experience with Opera is beneficial.
