With more than 3,500 employees, the Samaritan Foundation is responsible for more than 9,000 people in nine counties in Württemberg. Of these, more than 7,000 people live in the nursing homes and nursing WGs of the foundation, spend the day in day care or are nursed by the outpatient services ''SAMARITER Mobil' at home. More than 2,000 people with disabilities or mental illness use the Foundation's assistance services, for example, in the areas of housing, workshops, support groups, daylinks and daycare facilities. The samariter foundation also operates two hospizes. The 116 houses, facilities and services of the Foundation are located in the regions Böblingen, Esslingen, Göppingen, Heidenheim, Ostalb, Reutlingen, Schwäbisch Hall, Stuttgart and Tübingen. The main administration of the Samaritan Foundation is in Nürtingen.

In this responsible management position, you take over the management and professional development of the Financial and Accounting Department with its approximately 40 employees. You are responsible for managing, optimizing and further digitizing the business processes in the areas of debitor, creditor and financial accounting and insurance. You are responsible for drawing up annual accounts and tax returns for three companies, as well as the liquidity planning for the entire company. In a continuous exchange with the Executive Board and the supervisory bodies of the Samariter Foundation, you contribute decisively to strategic corporate governance and actively participate in key business decisions. In close cooperation with the Controlling unit, you are responsible for the organisation of cost accounting.
