In the 3 years of training, you are going through all gastronomic departments of our house. From BROILER, to the buffet and A-la carte restaurants, to the bars and banquets. You also get to know our own confectionery. You will learn: the preparation of hot and cold dishes and the creative setting Mise-en-place planning and costing of goods the proper storage and processing of food the right hygiene in the kitchen

The training starts regularly on 01. August, with the regular training period being 3 years. The vocational school takes place in Rostock-Toitenwinkel, with 2 weeks of theory changing in practice with 4 weeks. Working time during the practical phases advises 8 hours/day plus Breaks on 5 days a week. We are also there for our guests on weekends and holidays.

In the case of good services, we take over our trainees as specialists.
