Responsibility for tour planning, vehicle utilisation and control of delivery and pick-up processes Technical management and operational planning of the driving personnel as a central contact person Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards Cooperation with internal departments (distribution, fleet, branch management) and the processing of complaints Maintenance and evaluation of MRP and Tour Data for the continuous optimization of our processes

Complete commercial or logistic training – cross-comers with experience in the transport world are also welcome Practice in transport logistics / disposition or a comparable position as well as good IT efficiency leadership skills, empathy and ideally first experience in the team management communication strength, positive appearance and a pronounced service and customer understanding Self-employed, structured mode of operation and a driving licence Class B as a condition
