Control and optimisation of operational logistics processes from receipt of goods to dispatch Ensuring scheduled, quality and cost-conscious handling Leadership, motivation and further development of the logistics team Planning of personnel, area and resource requirements Analysis of key figures and derivation and implementation of improvement measures Participation in projects, budget planning, process documentation and inventory

Complete training as a logistics or industrial master, study in the field of logistics/BWL or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operational logistics and first leadership or coordination experience Good understanding of logistics processes and safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office Experience with key figures and control instruments desirable AdA bill of advantage Leadership, Responsibility and Enforcement Team-oriented, resilient and result-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1) in word and writing
