Discipline and professional leadership of the Master Data Management Team Development and implementation of a company-wide MDM strategy Establishing and controlling data governance, standards and KPIs to ensure data quality, consistency and compliance alignment of the master data at the company architecture (domain models, data flows, integration, single source of turkey) Head of MDM initiatives including continuous improvement of data processes Advising the fields of data structures, requirements and end-to-end effects of master data on processes and systems Structure and establishment of master data owners and master data stewards in the domains for independent control of master data

Complete studies of business management, business informatics or engineering with a focus on data Multiannual leadership experience as well as competence in building/control of interdisciplinary and global teams Found experience in Master Data Management and deep understanding of E2E processes Extensive knowledge of data governance, data models and data architectures in PLM, ERP (e.g. SAP) and adjacent systems Experience in managing MDM and transformation projects (e.g. harmonisation, migration, rollouts) including stakeholder management Strong consulting and communication skills, in particular to translate complex data relationships into business effects
