As Chief Executive Officer, you are directly assigned to the Chief Executive and support these in strategic, conceptual and organizational issues. You take on a central interface between the Rheinische Sparkassen, their municipal bodies, the bodies of the association and the partners of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Your tasks – Make the success with us You lead the office of Presidential Office professional, organizational and personnel. You will develop structures, processes and procedures in accordance with your needs and promote effective cooperation within the staff office. You maintain and coordinate cooperation with the municipalities of the savings banks and the member savings banks of the RSGV. You prepare complex technical, business and economic topics in an address-oriented manner and prepare speeches, lectures, greetings, opinions and decision-making templates for the association management. You coordinate tasks and cross-sectoral projects and ensure their professional preparation, implementation and follow-up. You plan, organize and accompany the meetings and events of the Association bodies. You take over the control and continuous development of the work processes in the presidential office and ensure efficient cooperation with the departments of the association. You represent the staff in internal and external working groups. Your profile – expertly competent, personally committed You have qualified theoretical training (studium or savings banks/bank teaching with additional qualifications such as the savings bank specialist or the savings bank business operator) Ideally, you have several years of relevant professional and management experience in the Sparkassen financial group, or a top municipal organisation or a comparable institution. You have a well-founded knowledge of the structures and framework conditions of the Sparkassen Financial Group. You have experience in the planning, organisation and support of committee meetings and in the coordination of cross-disciplinary projects. You are characterized by a pronounced economic understanding and the ability to prepare complex issues in a targeted manner and to present them convincingly. You have a very good written and oral expressive capacity and a safe occurrence against different stakeholders. You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and create a trusted working environment. You control work processes efficiently, set priorities and make decisions responsible even in challenging and dynamic situations.
