Your Tasks • Contact person for employees and managers in all HR applications • Business support in a variety of personal and labour law issues • Introduction of ideas and the active design of HR projects and transformation initiatives • Coordination of operational processes in human resources and coordination with the Works Council

Your qualification • Complete study of the business economy, (work)psychology or a comparable qualification in the field of HR • Funded expertise and practical experience in HR, including labour law • Openness, learning and team spirit in everyday work • Routinized handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
