They are pleased to accompany our workshop professionally and humanly on their path to vocational education and participation. In doing so, you combine pedagogical competence with practical guidance.

• They qualify and promote people with disabilities in the utility and cleaning sector, taking into account their individual skills and characteristics.

• You create integration plans, target agreements and specific training objectives and implement them together with participants in the working day.

• You initiate the work processes professionally and you are responsible for the quality and timely execution of all tasks in your area.

• You actively contribute your professional and educational expertise to the further development of our rehabilitation processes.

• They have completed special educational training, for example in the field of health education, as a specialist in the field of work and vocational training, or the like, and ideally bring knowledge in the field of housekeeping or cleaning.

• Safe handling of computer-assisted documentation and planning instruments completes your profile.
