Self-propelled brushing and finishing of parts on NC, CNC lathes according to technical drawing Program changes and program creation at NC, CNC lathes Monitoring and optimization of production steps – introduction of corrective measures Part control as a factory self-check and documentation of the results in the manufacturing process Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the workplace and active cooperation in the continuous improvement process Cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance/maintenance on machines as part of the TPM process Compliance with applicable safety regulations, legislation and internal directives

Completed vocational training for machining mechanic lathes, NC, CNC lathes, alternative NC, CNC lathes with several years of experience Secure reading of production drawings High quality awareness, experienced handling of test and measuring equipment and test documentation Very good knowledge of the programming of NC, CNC lathes, their ruffles / setup and operation Reliability, care and team orientation Quick understanding and willingness to learn new things Structured and independent operation German language and writing Ready-to-use 3-layer operation
