• Experience in facility management or social facilities (e.g. old aid, disabled assistance, youth assistance) desirable
• Good IT skills (e.g. for using house management systems)
• Reliable, service-oriented and communicative personality
• Class B driving licence
• Identification with the Christian values of the Lafim-Diaconia
