In this position, you take on a versatile area of responsibility: You serve our participants: in the entire DACH room – by phone and e-mail, in particular our French-speaking customers from Western Switzerland. You work closely with internal teams, act as a central interface and represent the management of customer service in case of absences. You coordinate and prioritize independent tasks, technical vulnerabilities and customer feedback and also keep a clear overview in intensive phases. You actively contribute to continuously developing the quality of our customer service. You carry out administrative tasks to ensure the documentation of processes and work with internal departments.
