For our DRK-Kita Cumulus, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist as a group management with a share as a deputy Kita management at the next possible time. The job is to be filled in full time (39 hours/week). A proportion of the weekly hours is provided for management and administration tasks.

Up to 70 children of the age of four months are served in four groups at the Cumulus Children's Day Centre. According to the education-oriented reggio pedagogy, the institution works in a partially open concept and as far as possible across groups. For this purpose, additional spaces with different educational focuses, such as the music room, the studio or the movement room, are available as required. Furthermore, we train and sensitize our employees to work according to our child protection concept for the prevention of violence.

Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers Observation and documentation of child development Instruction and professional support of employees in the group Implementation of team and feedback talks Mentoring for (new) colleagues or trainees Ensuring protection, hygiene and safety standards Cooperation with parents, team, kita management and supporters and cooperation partners Support and representation of Kitaleitung in the field of education and organization Participation in the further development and ensuring the implementation of educational concepts Participation in personnel management, service planning and team development Takeover of administrative tasks

Completed training as an educator / educator, childhood teacher / childhood teacher or comparable degree or completed study of social education or social work Experience with childcare facilities as a pedagogical specialist (experiences in Reggio education are not necessary) Experience with management tasks or as group management is desirable Valuable handling of children and pronounced sensitivity Cooperation, team skills and reliability Good knowledge of MS Office programs
