Generally managing activities such as the handling of the inbox and exit as well as the organisational support of the daily business Examination of input invoices and credits for factual and computational accuracy Correct, revision-proof storage and archiving of all accounting documents according to legal regulations Written and telephone correspondence with customers, suppliers and external service providers Checking, holding and booking of input and output invoices as well as maintenance of cash and bank accounting settlement of all payment transactions and processing of open items Creating regular statistics and fresh inventory for all markets

a completed commercial training ideally multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity well-founded knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Experiences with accounting software SAP are advantageous Teamability, ready-to-use and an independent and structured way of working a high degree of reliability, care and conscience
