Annual financial statements: You participate in the preparation of annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB. Caring for tax topics: You prepare monthly sales tax reports as well as summary reports (ZM). In addition, you support the annual tax returns. Monthly financial statements: You are significantly involved in the creation of monthly financial statements. Liquidity Management: You’re the first cash flow forums. Financial accounting: You support the current financial accounting, clarify accounts and perform voting in the main book. Project work with responsibility: You bring your know-how into accounting projects and actively support the development and optimization of processes. Standards and Compliance: You ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and monitor relevant financial processes with high quality standards. Supporting the personnel cost billing: You can contribute to the billing of personnel costs. Strengthening internal control systems: You participate in the further development and implementation of internal control mechanisms.

Professional qualification: You have a completed commercial training with a focus on finance/invoicing as well as over several years of relevant professional experience. Secure knowledge of accounting and tax law: You are very familiar with commercial law, tax law (in particular sales tax) and with accounting standards according to HGB and IFRS. Width expertise: You bring well-founded knowledge in debitor and creditor accounting. Experiences in project management are advantageous. Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Structured operation: You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented. A high self-motivation and openness for changes characterize you. IT affinity: You can control the MS Office package safely, especially you have very good knowledge in Excel. Solution orientation: You have a strong sense of practical solutions and you like to take a step on challenges.
