As a technical project buyer - Investment Projects (m/w/d) you take responsibility for technical procurement projects at the location Germany, manage supplier relationships and drive technology projects decisively through targeted purchasing strategies. In addition, you optimize internal and external procurement processes in a dynamic environment. Technical procurement for machines, plants, components and services focusing on major primary projects Supplier management: Selection, qualification, development and evaluation of suppliers Order processing and appointment tracking in close coordination with the project teams Technical clarification with specialist departments as an interface to suppliers Avoiding claims through transparent order communication and clarity Identification, analysis and enforcement of claims (e.g. in case of delay in delivery, quality defects, breaches of contract)

Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical BWL or Similar Multiannual experience in technical purchasing and/or claim management, combined with commercial experience/knowledge Knowledge of contract law (e.g. BGB, VOB, HGB) Safe handling of technical drawings and specifications German and English skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM) and MS Office Impressed communication and enforcement capability
