You drive standardization and automation forward: You continuously develop our authorization processes and reduce manual outlays through efficient and sustainable solutions. Integrierst applications in our Identity & Access Management: You connect other systems and applications to our IAM landscape and use existing integrations such as SCIM for automated authorization management. You make sure the right authorization is given: You make sure that employees receive the permissions required for their tasks automatically and reliably at any time. You develop role and authorization concepts: Existing concepts You continuously opt for and successfully put them into practical application. You implement optimization potentials together: Together with departments and IT teams, you identify opportunities for improvement and implement them in a targeted manner. You ensure security and compliance: Through controls, recertifications and target-actual balances, you ensure a secure, regulatory and auditable authorization assignment. You analyze risks and vulnerabilities: In the authorization environment, you recognize weaknesses early and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions. You actively shape our Identity & Access Management: With your own ideas you support the further development of our IAM processes and structures.

You have a completed IT training or comparable qualification: Your technical basis allows you to safely enter the area of responsibility. You work independently and precisely: A careful way of working, a high sense of responsibility, and a pronounced team orientation are what distinguishes you.
