The grouping takes place up to the S 8a TVÖD (SuE) payment group in the presence of personal and professional requirements. Your tasks: • implementation of the orientation plan with the action concept infans, • the creation of a trusted educational and educational partnership with the caregivers, characterised by mutual respect and appreciation; • Implementation of daily integrated language development and language promotion • perceive, respect and value every child in his individual life situation with his competences, needs, interests and possibilities, as well as his limits.
