IT-Architekt (Enterprise & Solution Architecture) (m/f/d)

Alterric is one of the leading developers and operators of wind turbines in Europe. Our IT landscape is growing rapidly and is based on modern cloud technology (Azure), numerous SaaS solutions and a central data platform. In order to accompany this growth and our digitalization and data ambitions technically clean, we are developing our IT architecture in a targeted manner. We are looking for you as an IT architect:in with focus on Enterprise & Solution Architecture.

Solution Architecture You translate requirements into sustainable, integrated solution architectures: Creation of Solution Designs (systems, data flows, interfaces) Integration of new solutions into our Azure and SaaS landscape Technical assessment and documentation of architectural decisions Accompanying projects from request to implementation

Enterprise Architecture You support the construction and further development of our target architecture: Development and maintenance of target images & architectural principles Working with the Application Portfolio and Lifecycle Management Analysis of redundancy, technical debt and consolidation potential deriving concrete measures and initiatives

Integration and cloud architecture You define and establish modern integration approaches: Integration patterns such as API-first, Events, Messaging, Batch Design of robust end-to-end integrations Cooperation with Data Architects on data flows and models

Architecture governance You bring clear architectural views into decision-making: Participation in architectural reviews and voting formats Creation of architectural artifacts (Solution Designs, Diagrams, ADRs) Quality assurance in terms of security, scalability & data quality

Cooperation Architecture is our teamwork: You work closely with cloud, data, security and application experts and project managers. Our demand for architecture: pragmatic, usable, fit for purpose – not over-formalized.

Experience in Solution Architecture & Project Management Understanding Enterprise Architecture (target images, principles, portfolio) Very good knowledge of modern integration patterns Experience with cloud architectures, ideally Azure Communication strength and ability to explain complex Pragmatism and readiness to make clear recommendations Structured operation and properly documented decisions Nice-to-have: Experience with architectural tools (e.g. Miro, Confluence, ArchiMate, LeanIX) and industry knowledge Energy / Wind (no need)
