With tailor-made catering solutions from small coffee breaks to major events, this department has been an integral and successful part of the gastronomic variety in the UKE for over 15 years.

We are looking for a:n motivated:n Koch/Köchin as small:n employees:n (20-30 hours/month) with good knowledge of catering, banquet and á la carte business.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of dishes and buffets by recipes or own creations
• Monitoring the quality and presentation of food
• Front-Cooking actions, such as barbecues
• Pre- and preparation of catering
• Ensure work according to the requirements HACCP
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook / cooker
• Ideally experience in a comparable position in the gastronomy or hotel industry or Community plant
• Creativity and quality awareness
• customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills in the team and fun handling our guests

Immunity status

An adjustment is only possible if, according to the applicable (legal and medical) requirements against the measles virus, a complete immunization or Immunity evidence is available. This must be demonstrated by appropriate documents (e.g. vaccination card) before the start of employment.
