Leading strategic and legal control of all tax matters as well as tax optimization of industrial enterprises (BgA) You control all fiscal matters of the Landeskirche – strategically, legally based and with a view to tax optimization You take over the turnover and corporation tax and assume responsibility for tax audits You represent our tax positions to the outside and are the central contact person for financial management and tax advisors You advise departments and church management on tax issues – a focus is on § 2b UStG You build a tax compliance management system and continuously develop it You maintain professional exchange with administrative offices and other regional churches of the EKD

Graduate as a graduate financial institution or a scientific university degree in law or economics with a focus on tax law or company tax/auditing Finded tax expertise and multi-year qualified practical experience Comprehensive knowledge of national tax law and the relevant tax types In-depth knowledge of tax law for public corporations (KdöR), in particular § 2b UStG and the corresponding exceptional holdings Joy in independent analysis and solution of complex tax issues Ideally experience with ecclesiastical structures and their special legal frameworks Applications for severely disabled people are welcome.
