In this versatile role, you combine technical expertise with a sense of personal economic processes – thus becoming the central interface between HR, IT and the specialist areas. Personal economic processes: One of your most important tasks is to ensure the smooth running of the monthly pay bill. In this context, you actively support compliance with legal and operational standards.

Support systems & develop: You are responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of the SAP HCM modules used (PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS (Fiori) and ensure system integrity and smooth operation through regular maintenance, testing and system checks.

Advise & support: As a contact person for specialist areas, you will receive first-level support around SAP HCM. You develop solutions for problems and coordinate necessary adjustments – also in cooperation with external service providers.

Project work: You work with various areas for projects to digitize the personnel sector across the Group. You actively accompany the migration of our SAP HCM system to SAP H4S4, ideally leading, and contribute your technical and process expertise to the project work.

Analyze and optimize processes: You are working on the further development and digitization of our HR processes – from conception to implementation. The expansion of ESS/MSS scenarios is also part of your task.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree in business informatics, business management or a comparable focus. Alternatively, you will bring a completed commercial vocational training with the additional qualification personnel specialist/buyer, IT-buyer or a comparable additional qualification.

Expertise & know-how: You have several years of professional experience in personal management and provide good knowledge of the pay bill. You understand both the technical requirements of personnel management and their technical implementation in SAP HCM. You think systemically and recognize the connections between the modules.

IT knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge in SAP HCM that goes beyond the pure user knowledge and have a good understanding of the technical system architecture of SAP systems. You also work safely with complex evaluation tools like e.g. the Query Manager or Power BI.

Personality & working methods: Your ability to record requirements, translate them into solutions and implement them in exchange with specialist departments and external service providers is a key part of your work. You work structured, solution-oriented and independent. Communication strength, team spirit and a good sense for people and processes characterize you. You also keep a cool head in challenging situations and want to actively participate in the further development of our systems.
