You organize medical care and not only have the responsibility, but above all the necessary time. You support our residents in all health issues and are therefore an important reference person in our institution. The focus is on individual support in health topics. You organize trips and accompany doctor appointments if necessary. You work in an interdisciplinary and supportive team (consisting of psychologists, social pedagogues, job leaders).
