Your academic training is ideally completed in a logistical environment and brings many years of professional and leadership experience in the field of warehousing. You have a well-founded experience in controlling a multi-user system using KPIs, from which you consistently identify potentials for continuous improvement. Your previous employees know you as a fostering and trusting leader and you yourself have a good sense of their needs. You know how to use your communication strength and enforcing power in the right place to master daily challenges with great willingness to learn. In the past, you have already been able to use your very good knowledge of English and your strong service orientation in cooperation with international customers.
