You continuously control and improve the existing offers of integration aid for your region (10 locations in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss) and are responsible for the economic management of the region You guide the professional orientation of your teams and are responsible for personnel management (approximately 130 employees) You are responsible for the orientation of the offers to the requirements and requirements of the clientele You implement the requirements of the BTHG and are responsible for the successful continuation As part of your work, you work closely with the regional management of the Süd business unit, networking across regional boundaries within the company structures and interact with other service providers You represent the region, in particular in specialised bodies and in relation to supervisory authorities and cost-beneficiaries.

completed studies of social affairs, e.g. social work, social education, dipl. Medical education or comparable training in a social profession Professional experience in integration aid Experience in managing employees of at least 2 years Business knowledge & a pronounced organisational skills Enforcement and ability to work independently Driving licence class B and the willingness to regularly approach the different places of the region (Neuss, Meerbusch, Jüchen, Hochneukirch, Korschenbroich) Due to your cooperation as part of the management, you will communicate the Christian character of the institution to employees, customers and relatives in the performance of your duties and in the daily conversation.
