The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The Unit BS III 2 takes over the project management of the construction tasks for the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin. The tasks include all construction tasks for the 16 medical areas including their technical infrastructure of the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus in the historically grown property with partially listed building material. These range from the modernization and conversion of highly complex medical areas, partly in ongoing hospital operation to the construction of a multifunctional building with around 300 million. In the case of officials, the duration of the trial period is one year according to § 42 of the Federal Railway Regulation (BLV). The management position is first transferred to the sample for a period of one year in the selection of an internal tariff employee.
