Tasks: • Planning, leadership and control of the start-up process for new orders in facility management / building technology • Ensuring contract-oriented and legally secure order fulfillment • Control of performance and mass balances of technical building equipment • Evaluation of the technical plant condition • Start-up Interfaces Coordination

Profile: • Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer / electrical engineer HKLS with training as a technician or master - alternatively also studies as a master or bachelor with field of supply technology / electrical engineering / industrial engineering / civil engineering / technical building management / TGA / mechanical engineering • 5 - 10 years of professional experience in a similar position • Very good MS Office knowledge • Ideally knowledge with CAFM systems such as Planon • Readiness to travel to the optimal location (also for private use) • You are customer-oriented, acting as a service provider and designer - team skills, reliability, analytical thinking, very good communication skills are yours!
