Our Excelitas location in Göttingen is the competence center for the development and production of photonic solutions for the semiconductor equipment market. For this very demanding market, the Göttingen site delivers highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging. In addition, this site manufactures and supplies a wide range of optical and mechanical components to complete optical systems to support scientific research and development and industrial production.
