Processing of MD requests in compliance with test steps according to §275 SGB V Processing and content assessment of the documentation requirements by the MD Processing and documentation of incoming MD reports Compilation of contradictions and coordination and obtaining medical opinions Implementation of follow-up procedures Preparation of the case dialogue with the test physicians/ doctors of the MD Examination of coding Reporting and cooperation with the associated clinic and medical assistant

Continuing training as a medical encoding specialist / Medical/ Documentation Assistant ideally multi-year professional experience in MD management excellent knowledge of the DRG nomenclature as well as the general and special codes safe handling of the German ICD and OPS catalogues very good knowledge of hospital settlement regulations / MD-TestvV ideally safe handling of the coding tools as well as the KIS (Orbis) and the SAP-RKT tool Team spirit and social competence Communication talent in word and writing with a safe occurrence Ability to self-structure processes
