Facility Management & Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

CVS engineering GmbH manufactures compressors and vacuum pumps specially designed for mobile applications (mainly in trucks, rail vehicles and buses). Ensuring machine and plant availability in running operation (2-layer) with respect to appointments, economics and laws. Own implementation of maintenance and repair work as well as their documentation on operating devices and machines. Self-balancing of disturbances on site (if applicable during the operation). Detection of technical weaknesses, development/implementation of solutions. Service management based on revisions, audits, inspections, maintenance, maintenance and statutory audits, as well as cooperation with external companies within this framework. Specify and manufacture of spare parts, control of supplies and storage of parts. Expansion of the maintenance system for the planning, implementation and control of maintenance work. Maintenance of buildings with electrical, pneumatic, ventilation, fire, safety and heating systems. Participation in new/replacement investments and conversion/extrusion projects. Represent the maintenance vision when planning and implementing construction measures, machines and production processes. Project management in the context of projects and subprojects (investments, internal construction activities, maintenance). Director of the commissioning of machines, plants, control technology, etc. Creating, reworking, care, archiving of performance directories, function descriptions, specifications and documentation. Long-term planning for the modernization and automation of maintenance processes, including the supervisor.

Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering as well as master or technician training based on it. Experience in the field of activity, in particular maintenance and in particular electrical engineering. Experience in Facility Management. Self-employed working, flexibility and team capacity. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics of machine tools of advantage. Ideally experience in the programming of Siemens SPS controls. Hands-On mentality. High level of quality, safety and cost awareness.
