In our children's daycare facility "Kinder-Arche", we provide a total of 70 children in four age-mixed groups. Two groups include children from 1 to 6 years old, two other groups attending children from 2 to 6 years.

We work in a partially open concept with fixed parent groups and place great emphasis on the individual needs and development levels of the children. We support and promote the educational processes of the children in a holistic way, in particular through our own experience, discovery and experience.

Your tasks:

• They accompany children attentively and sensitively in their self-education and development processes
• Design and develop the quality of pedagogical work continuously together with the team

Your profile:

• They have a Christian and value-adding basic attitude and meet children with care and affection
