You work on empirical research projects in the fields of nudging (decision behavior, motivational research, behavioral research, change management, influence) and mimic resonance. You are responsible for the independent design and implementation of empirical studies. You are responsible for the achievement of research results and knowledge based on empirical studies in the context of the optimization of university teaching, consumer behaviour or the promotion of the achievement of socially or politically desired goals. You publish the results in practical and scientific publications, renowned journals and international conferences.

You have a very good university degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Master, also like doctoral degree) in economics, (economic)psychology, educational sciences, sociology or a comparable degree course (graduate acquisition by mid 2025 at the latest). Their research or interest focuses on learning behaviour, mimic resonance and applied psychology. You can present (student) experiences in the field of scientific work (even associated with first publications). You have first knowledge of quantitative-empirical or qualitative-empirical methods and data evaluations (e.g. Stata, SPSS). You are happy to deal with scientific problems. You have a high degree of sense of responsibility, self-discipline and structure. An independent, analytical and creative way of working is obvious to you. You can demonstrate excellent German and English skills
