This profile will help you as an account holder (m/w/d):

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Good MS Office knowledge and safe handling of an ERP system
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Self-employed, structured, careful and responsible work
• Team skills and readiness

Key Account Manager (m/w/d):

• activities for the preparation of monthly accounts or for reporting to the management
• Participation in the preparation of annual accounts
• Commodity purchases lt. ERP with ABAS-Fibubu
• Creation of sales tax pre-registrations/ZM funds
• Creation of various statistics (trade statistics) and evaluations
• Booking and coordination of the inputs and outputs in the asset assets programme
• Booking of provisions and delimitations
• Account adjustment (according to the Fibu checklist, e.g. billing accounts, cost accounts)
• Intercompany vote (rebooking, recalculation, etc.)
• Includes the timely transfer of salaries, social charges and taxes (inland/ abroad)
