The Institute of Laboratory Medicine, Microbiology and Pathobiochemistry under the direction of Director Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Thorsten Kaiser, at the Klinikum Lippe in Detmold, is looking for a technical laboratory management / senior MTA (m/w/d). Service planning of employees, ideally via TimeOffice Laboratory organization, quality and complaint management Advice and support of senders Detailed knowledge of modern laboratory medical diagnostics Participation in the selection of devices, optimization of diagnostic processes by weighing qualitative and economic aspects Establishing new laboratory methods and supporting the introduction and further development of new diagnostic areas

Successful Vocational Training as MTLA (m/w/d) Professional experience in a medical laboratory and well-founded experience in QM necessary Experience in conducting a medical laboratory desirable High quality awareness, patient and customer-oriented work Interest in innovative laboratory medical technologies Self-employment, flexibility, sense of responsibility and team skills
