These are your tasks:

• Maintenance and management of data using SAP
• Support of teams in reporting, accounting and orders
• Administrative and organisational tasks
• Document management in the current MS Office applications
• You are responsible for the appointment coordination in the team

Take this with you:

• Professional experience in a comparable position is advantageous, but not necessarily necessary
• Excellent knowledge in popular MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Optimum experience in handling the SAP modules Material Management (MM) and Finance (FI)
• Your oragnisatory vein as well as a friendly appearance complete your profile
