Ensuring supplier quality by applying process and quality management systems (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) Implementation and moderation of process analysis and audits along the supply chain Application of advanced quality methods such as FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC Independent problem solution by using methods such as 8D report, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa Assessment and verification of specifications, customer requirements and technical drawings Monitoring and optimization of production processes and core technologies for H2 fuel cell components. Management of problem-solving groups to develop preventive and corrective measures

Knowledge in Process Management, Quality Management Management Systems, Certifications (ISO9001, VDA6.3, IATF16949) Methodology competence of FMEA processes, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC, ...) Expert in problem solution (correction and prevention measures, 8D, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa, ...) Understanding specifications, customer requirements and technical drawings Knowledge of the production process and the core technologies of the production of H2 fuel cell components Quality manager with additional qualification as a certified process auditor according to VDA6. 3 Management skills (especially management of problem-solving groups) Languages German, English fluent IT knowledge: SAP, Office CAQ, optional: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Customer/ Specification of the automotive industry
