Investor Relations Specialist (m/f/d)

You coordinate the preparation of business and quarterly reports with a focus on the situation report and also compile parts of the situation report itself. In this context, you agree with all project participants such as agencies and translators in the publication process. The continuous development of the production process for business and quarterly reports – ideally using digital tools – is your responsibility. You analyse capital market trends, market and competition developments as well as intra-group data and prepare them according to target groups. In addition, you will be involved in classic investor relations issues such as the further development of equity story, the communication with capital market participants or the organisation and participation in capital market conferences.

You have completed their studies in economics, economics, economics and a comparable degree programme. First professional experience in financial areas such as controlling, accounting, treasury, investor relations, equity research or auditing brings you with us. You have sound knowledge of capital markets and regulatory requirements of listed companies. Analytical thinking skills, a strong understanding of financial key figures and business reports, as well as good accounting skills (HGB/IFRS). You work independently, structured and agree proactively with relevant interfaces if required. Their communication strength in German and English – both in writing and oral – is very pronounced.
