IT specialist for on-site IT support (m/f/d)

After a thorough incorporation, you will provide onsite technicians (all genders) with 2nd level user support in German and English in the on-site service in Vettelschoß (Landkreis Neuwied in Rheinland-Pfalz) and take care of the operation of the Office IT systems. Enter and document messages in the Trouble ticket system and prioritize, classify and escalate malfunction messages. You install and configure hard- and software (desktop, notebook, printer) and support IT operations (building and setting up IT workstations). In addition, perform function and connection tests. We attach great importance to the good cooperation of the team. Regular knowledge transfer and maintenance of the knowledge database are just as important components of your task as close cooperation with downstream support units.

You have a well-founded experience in user support that you have acquired after your completed IT training as a specialist informatics (all genders) for system integration or IT system electronics (all genders). The safe handling of a professional ticket system is also accompanied by extensive experience with the Windows 11 operating system and the common MS Office products / Microsoft 365. Basic knowledge in the network area as well as secure knowledge of German (at least C1) and knowledge of English are required. ITIL certification is desirable, but not necessary.
