Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)

You perform tasks in process backup. This includes, among other things, the billing preparation, testing and authorising service plans, customer acquisitions and customer acquisition management. You support your employees in the achievement of the quality test guidelines and are responsible for their implementation. Planning and participation in the organisational and nursing willingness to call (i.e., with us, that you can reach for our employees and help with delays, failures and nursing questions) You take management responsibility: promotion of employees, the management of personnel discussions and the planning and implementation of management meetings.

You have completed the training for nursing services You are examinated nursery Ideally, you are already bringing experience in extraclinical intensive care or specialist training to the care expert for extraclinical ventilation with You own an organizational talent and keep an overview Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in the management – a plus, no need! You have a driving licence
