What once began as an ecclesiastical nursing home has developed into an independent foundation with a broad supply portfolio. Preliminary/Chairman with special focus (w/m/d)

You take responsibility for the professional, human and organizational management of the entire care area – including the strategic development of the processes and offers. With your organizational talent and a strong understanding of service plan management, you optimize the processes in the facility and ensure the consistently good care with efficient personnel use. You continuously develop the care concept and quality management and guide the team professionally confident. In close cooperation with your board colleague / director, you actively shape the future of the Foundation – professionally sounded, strategically oriented and responsible. In addition, you assume a representative role on the board. You strengthen the visibility of the Foundation as an attractive employer in the region, maintain close contacts with nursing schools and develop effective measures for the production of skilled workers – also with regard to international employees.

With your completed training as a examinated nursing specialist in combination with a study, for example in nursing management or a completed further education to the PDL according to § 71 SGB XI, you bring the formal requirements for the function. You have management experience in stationary or outpatient care and convince with their structured, organized and solution-oriented working. Your communication strength, your strategic thinking and your empathy in dealing with residents, relatives and employees are just as good as your high team capacity and conflict security. You know the relevant legal foundations, keep an overview in complex situations and understand yourself as a design-friendly guide person with a wide view. You understand that You are actively networking and that the foundation is professionally represented in relevant bodies and that impulses from the technical exchange are introduced into the further development of the organisation.
