TCM Therapist (m/f/d)

In our child and youth psychiatry, we accompany young people between 12 and 21 years with innovative treatment concepts that combine western and eastern healing methods. Our open stations and integrative therapy approaches offer space for individual treatment and professional development through regular supervision and training. In your future position as a TCM therapy (m/w/d), you are part of a multimodal team that takes care of the medical, therapeutic, educational and nursing care of our patients. With a manageable number of young people and young adults with an average age of between 12 and 21 you will find a group size in which you have both time for the therapeutic and medical care of the patients and for carrying out administrative tasks. For our child and youth psychiatry, we are looking for a TCM therapy (m/w/d) in part-time (16 hours/week) as part of a medical representation from 01.07.2026.

Conducting TCM therapy in individual and group settings (e.g. acupuncture, acupuncture, Tuina, Qi Gong / therapeutic body work – depending on the qualification) TCM-based diagnostics and individual therapy planning taking into account psychosomatic and development-related aspects Promoting body perception, self-regulation and emotional stability of our patients: inside Enge interdisciplinary cooperation with doctor:inside, psychologist:inside, nursing and pedagogy team Active cooperation in the conceptual development of our integrative treatment approach with the integration of the TCM

Professional qualifications: Completed training or studies in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) or recognized TCM therapy training Finded knowledge in at least one TCM process (accuracy, acupuncture, Tuina, Qi Gong or therapeutic body work) Ideal experience in working with children, young people and young adults Personal competencies: Sensitivity and pedagogical skills in dealing with young people (12-21 years) Joy of interdisciplinary teamwork and value-adding communication Openness for innovative treatment concepts and conceptual development

Open station – We work in all clinics exclusively in the open area Working atmosphere – warm + trustful + appreciation at all levels Continuing and continuing training – internal and external training + regular team supervision
