THE EXPENDITURE Strategic responsibility for the SAP system landscape at ROLAND Collection and analysis of financial processes as well as identification of target-act deviations based on SAP S/4HANA standard Support as a process consultant:in the transformation project SAP S/4HANA and active participation of the group-wide introduction project, with special focus on S/4HANA Finance and FS-CD Participation in ROLAND projects for the continuous digitization of our professional processes based on SAP o.a. Identification of optimization potentials, continuous adaptation of sub-processes and further development of processes in close cooperation with the specialist areas, link between the project team and the user:inside Implementation of target group-relevant workshops and joint development of solutions Creation of User Stories for Area Requirements and Management of the Backlog Conducting business analyses including internal stakeholders and identifying deviations and causes with appropriate countermeasures

THE MATERIALS Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst:in or comparable role in agile environment Multiannual experience in (SAP) process management, preferably in the management of process optimization projects in the (financial) service industry Knowledge of financial processes, ideal professional experience through former role in finance Successfully completed studies with an economic focus or comparable qualification In-depth expertise in request management as well as the prioritization and control of product backlogs Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA of advantage, SAP module knowledge of FICO and FS-CD helpful Ability to reconcile technical requirements with strategic corporate objectives and derive a clear product vision Experience in control and coordination with different stakeholders and in the management of competing requirements Embossed communication, consulting and negotiation capabilities, independent working methods, and analytical and structured procedures An agile mindset and experience with agile working methods as well as the tools Jira and Confluence by Attlassian THE HIR FOR YOU Security: Those who want to look forward without care must be guaranteed for tomorrow.
