The focus of the work is the psychological support and advice of the participants in our actions in both individual and group settings. The following activities focus on: Resource-oriented support for the integration process and the personal development process of the participants in parallel to their professional qualification Psychological accompaniment, consultation and training of participants in professional rehabilitation in topics such as stress management, self-security, mindfulness, dealing with examination situations Participation in the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and documentation of psychological interventions Takeover of tasks for our health prevention and consulting services: group offers, individual advice, conceptual development Electronic documentation

Successfully completed psychology study Completed or already started psychotherapeutic training or systemic coaching supplement qualification readiness to actively shape change processes, from conception to implementation Ability to work independently and independently Social competence and resilience EDV knowledge found
