Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in costing, supply processing or project development in the R  knowledge of the creation and control of complex supply and costing processes  Secure handling of costing and tendering software, ideally RIB iTWO  In-depth understanding of construction processes, construction processes, contracting and economic relations experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams  identified analytical, decision-making and problem-solving competence  Entrepreneurial thinking and a high cost and risk awareness  the security of negotiation and sovereign appearance of contracting entities, planners and subcontractors; Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
